AmeriServ Trust and Financial Services Company (”AmeriServ”) is an affiliate of AmeriServ Financial, Inc., a Western Pennsylvania-based bank holding company. AmeriServ Financial, Inc. is also the parent of AmeriServ Financial Bank in Johnstown, AmeriServ Associates of State College, and AmeriServ Life Insurance Company.

As a provider of trust and investment management products and services, AmeriServ delivers personalized, professional service to clients. Its staff of approximately forty professionals administers assets valued at approximately $1.8 billion by providing a vast spectrum of services which include trust and estate administration, pension, profit sharing, 401(k) and 403(b) plans as well as custom designed investment management accounts and non-qualified plans for special purposes. Glenn Wilson
President & CEO, AmeriServ Financial, Inc.



Glenn is a banking veteran. During a career of more than 35-years, he has directed banking operations with PNC Bank, Citizen’s National Bank, NationsBank and Maryland National Bank. His experience covers all areas of banking, but Business Banking is his strength. While at PNC, Glenn was responsible for commercial credit approvals and had the authority to approve loans up to $100-million.

Glenn graduated Magna Cum Laude from Towson State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, with a concentration in finance. In addition to his banking career, Glenn has also been active in the Risk Management Associates (RMA), formerly serving as National Chair, and as a National Board Member. He has also been active in the United Way as a Board Member, and served as the Chair of the Baltimore Washington Corridor Chamber of Commerce.

Gregor Young, JD
President & CEO, AmeriServ Trust & Financial Services Company



Greg is a certified financial services counselor who graduated with honors from the American Bankers Association National Graduate Trust School at Northwestern University. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from the University of Massachusetts. Greg is a past board member of the IUP Foundation and the Westmoreland County Community College Foundation. He is also a former treasurer for the James M. Stewart Museum Foundation. Greg joined AmeriServ Trust and Financial Services Company in March 2010, with more than 25 years of executive financial experience, including the past 10 years with S&T Bank.

Gary McKeown
Special Assistant to the President of AmeriServ Financial Bank, and SVP of AmeriServ Trust & Financial Services Company



Mr. McKeown has over forty years of commercial banking experience, including his most recent position as the Chief Lending Officer for AmeriServ Financial Bank. Gary is responsible for the oversight of the Union Relationship Division of the Trust Company, which manages the ERECT Funds. Gary also serves as the chairman of the Trust Specialty Real Estate Committee. He earned a Master of Public Administration degree and a graduate certificate in financial management from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a graduate of the Community College of Allegheny County and an honors graduate of Point Park College in Pittsburgh, PA. Gary taught various banking courses for the American Institute of Banking. He is a past director of the Pittsburgh Chapter of Robert Morris Associates, and a former member of the Financial Accounting Standards Committee of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association.

Cassie Moon
Assistant Vice President and Division Manager



Cassie Moon is a cum laude graduate of The University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Accounting. Prior to joining AmeriServ, she began her career as a Staff Accountant in a public accounting firm and was involved in all aspects of the firm, including general ledger accounting and preparation of individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns. In early 2006, Cassie joined the AmeriServ team as a credit analyst and transitioned into the Commercial Lending Department as a Junior Commercial Loan Officer. Most recently, Cassie served as the Interim Manager of the Union Relationship Division and has now assumed the duties on a permanent basis. Cassie manages the daily operations within the division and is responsible for review of loan closing documentation, performance reporting, compliance, business development, investor communications, and serves as Vice Chairperson and primary coordinator for the Trust Specialty Real Estate Investment Committee. Cassie also serves as the Valuation Manager, reporting to the Valuation Committee within the Trust Company.

Katie Whysong
Portfolio Manager/Trust Officer



Katie Whysong is a summa cum laude graduate of The University of Pittsburgh, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. She began her professional career as a Fund Accountant / Analyst at BNY Mellon in Pittsburgh. In her time at AmeriServ, Katie has excelled as a Credit Analyst and most recently, as a Junior Commercial Loan Officer in the Commercial Lending Department. As Portfolio Manager within the Union Relationship Division of the AmeriServ Trust and Financial Services Company, her primary responsibility is to oversee the division’s administration of new and existing investments in real estate projects consisting of mortgages, mezzanine financing and equity participations. Katie’s responsibilities center on a thorough analytical review of the entire Specialty Real Estate Investment portfolio, with a focus on risk management reporting, as well as providing recommendations on potential real estate investment projects to the Trust Specialty Real Estate Investment Committee.

Jeff Cerula
Trust Accountant/Assistant Portfolio Manager



Jeff Cerula is a cum laude graduate of The University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Finance. Jeff came to AmeriServ in June 2009, after spending two years as an accountant at GemGroup, Inc.; a third party administrator of Union Pension, Welfare, and Retirement Plans. As a Trust Accountant/Assistant Portfolio Manager, Jeff is primarily responsible for the accounting functions within the Union Relationship Division, along with the valuation process for the specific fund properties. Jeff is also responsible for handling cash transactions, funding requests for assets under construction, and the tracking of day-to-day fund transactions.

Justin Maser
Trust Accountant/Assistant Portfolio Manager



Justin Maser is a summa cum laude graduate of The University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. Justin is responsible for the appraisal review process for each project, assisting in the balancing of the funds, processing invoices charged to the fund, and monitoring the receipt of financials and insurance certificates for each project.
